SEMrush  https://www.semrush.com/  We use SEMrush for Analytics, SEMrush gives us excellent competitor analysis and organic research of keywords for your market, also what keywords your competitors are using,  and Advertising Research to uncover Your competitors’ advertising strategies and budget.  We  analyze your online rivals’ Ad Copies and Keywords. And we use SEMrush to help localize your Ad campaigns.

 

Screaming Frog   https://www.screamingfrog.co.uk/about/  (this is one of our favorite tools and one of  the best SEO log analyzer tools out there) – This is technical jargon but we use this tool to find broken links on your website, fix any aberrant errors & redirects, view bot crawl frequency, identify large & slow URLs, find uncrawled & orphan URLs, combine & compare crawl data. (That’s a lot of technical jargon, but it’s critically important in keeping your site healthy).

 

Spy Fu – https://www.spyfu.com/ We use this tool extensively to search for any competitive domains and see every place they’ve shown up on Google. That is  every keyword they’ve bought on Adwords, every organic rank, and every ad variation in the last 10 years. We then determine if we should connect with these domains, too. Spy Fu helps us find online and traditional leads methods such as social media, email, phone, and addresses that you can’t find anywhere else to garner competitive information and create campaigns to compete for their customers. This is a professional tool for everything SEO.

This tool is like a Gatling gun in terms of leveraging things quickly.

(This is one of the first tools we use in starting to create your ranking and significant niche ranking on the web).

 

Mypresences.com https://www.mypresences.com/ –  We use this tool to leverage your company into 100’s of sites – part of the backlink strategy. Take a long look at this site, play around with the ‘Explore Services’ feature and start to imagine what it can do for scaling your business. It’s really cool!

 

Pitchbox.com – http://pitchbox.com/ We use pitchbox to  find influencers in your niche in a matter of seconds.  This also helps us with integration with top SEO providers, such as Moz, Majestic, SEMRush, and LRT ensure that you only pull back the most authoritative publishers. Promotehour.com   – http://promotehour.com/ When this applies we use this to promote your business across the top sites for giving you extensive media coverage. And seeking business partners and extensive exposure. This isn’t for every business, but if you want affiliate marketers, if you are looking for development investment dollars this is an excellent site to launch your business.

 

Heyo.com – http://heyo.com/  Look this over carefully; we use Heyo for our companies products and services. You want  leads, leads, leads, but you want them to be quality leads that return tangible results for your business. Hey you – you want heyo working for you.

 

Strikingly.com – https://www.strikingly.com/ Early on in our ‘getting schooled’ in this business I was on a webinar with one of the early titans of the internet, John Reese, (look him up), in the webinar he casually mentioned that he didn’t have one website, he had over 70+ sites that re-directed back to his main website. That floored me that we hadn’t thought of that. (Have you ever only seen one David Yurman Jewelry roadside billboard?) Scoop.it http://www.scoop.it/ This is another content curation tool that we also use for intelligent content curation and automating the delivery to all or your respective social media sites.
